  1. Is the advertising industry in your bloodstream? Do you enjoy strategic planning, selling and helping create great advertising?
  2. Can you withstand the pressure that would have most ordinary mortals climbing the walls?
  3. Are you willing to work hard? If the answer to this is not yes, please don’t bother answering the remaining questions.
  4. Are you discreet? Our clients trust us with a lot of confidential information, this is no job for blabber mouths.
  5. Do you do your homework? You would be required to plan and manage accounts and schedules. Success does not happen by chance.
  6. Do you have a well-stocked vocabulary? Fuzzy talkers and sloppy writers make shitty executives.
  7. Do you follow up? Loose ends in any business can drive you crazy but in ours it can totally paralyze us.
  8. Are you more interested in a career than a job? Job hoppers usually achieve just that: jobs.
  9. Do you have the guts to say “I don’t know, I will call you back when I have the details”? We don’t transact with calculated guesses and we don’t tolerate hip shooters.
  10. Do you go out of your way to help people?
  11. Can you say no to a client? Our clients expect candid commend from us.
  12. Are you a good partner? Our Client Executives are partners to our clients and also to our creative department.
  13. Do you know how to get your point across the room? There is no space for long windedness.
  14. Do you have a proven record of success? Quite frankly we like to work with people who win.
  15. Do you have a compelling interest of business and social trends? Marketing and advertising sometimes has to react to such news and you must have your ear to the ground.
  16. Do you have a good energy reserve? We work full blast all day and some nights with less chitty chat time around the coffee machine.
  17. Do you have a strong backbone? in our quest to achieve remarkable success, sometimes wheels come off and arrows go stray, we can’t deal with jellyfish.
  18. Are you looking to grow with a business where you can end up associate or even partner?
